Source: The recombinant Human NKG2A&CD94 Protein, (amino acids Arg100-Ala219(NKG2A) & Ser34-Ile179(CD94)) fused with a hFc tag at the N-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human NKG2A&CD94 protein with the hFc tag at the N-terminus has a predicted MW of 17.9 kDa (CD94) and 41.1 kDa (NKG2A). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human NKG2A&CD94 protein with the N-hFc tag at 2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on Fc Antibody (5 ug/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Biotinylated Anti-NKG2A Ab. protein with the N-hFc tag with the EC50 of 15.7 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
